These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and agen54 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using the agen54 platform located at https://agen54.cam (the "Website" or "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By registering for an Account on agen54, you affirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You further acknowledge that these terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 5.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or services at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of material changes to these Terms via email or Platform notification, but the onus is on Users to stay informed of current terms.
To use agen54 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
agen54 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. While we serve Indonesian players, we do not operate under an Indonesian gambling license. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with local laws. We make no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in Indonesia and encourage Users to seek independent legal advice if uncertain.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts, also known as duplicate accounts, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account will be deemed your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify agen54 customer support immediately at [email protected].
agen54 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. All Accounts must be verified before the first withdrawal can be processed. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawal requests or suspicious account activity.
agen54 accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits are stated at the time of transaction and may vary based on payment method and Account status.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from joint accounts require verification that you are an account holder. agen54 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
Deposited funds are typically credited to your Account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. agen54 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time via your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification as outlined in Section 3.3.
Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Outside business hours and on Indonesian public holidays, processing may take up to 24 hours. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000 may require additional processing time and enhanced verification.
agen54 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. We may also conduct periodic audits of high-value accounts. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your verified name.
To comply with international AML regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Deposits that are immediately withdrawn without wagering activity may be declined and the Account flagged for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze Accounts pending investigation.
All bets placed on agen54 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical error. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming placement. agen54 is not responsible for user error in bet placement.
Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type, sporting event, and market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may change without notice based on liability management. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion.
All bets are settled according to the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. For sports betting, this includes results published by FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI (for Indonesian football), and other official sports organizations. For togel (lottery) markets, results are determined by the official draw from the respective lottery authority (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). For live casino games, results are determined by the game's outcome as recorded by our live dealer software.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds:
agen54 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any suspicious account activity. We may request additional verification, freeze accounts pending investigation, or report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
For football betting, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues, all bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for settlement purposes unless explicitly stated. Asian handicap bets follow standard Asian handicap rules with quarter-ball and half-ball lines. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire parlay loses.
If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If a match is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or canceled, bets are void and stakes refunded unless the match has progressed past a critical point where the result is effectively determined. Live in-play betting accepts bets until the market is closed; bets placed after an event has occurred (e.g., goal scored) will be voided.
agen54 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material. Standard bonus terms include wagering requirements (typically 5x to 20x the bonus amount), eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiration periods.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players and bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and any systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
agen54 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and close Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. We may change or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
agen54 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help Users control their gambling, including deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion. Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Time-out periods allow temporary Account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Self-exclusion allows permanent or long-term Account closure for users who feel gambling is becoming problematic.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from agen54.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agen54 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall agen54's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and promptly. If we cannot reach a mutually satisfactory resolution within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority's dispute resolution service.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where agen54 is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
agen54 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate business reason. Upon Account closure, we will return any remaining balance of User Funds (minus any amounts owed to agen54 for violations) to your registered bank account within 30 days, subject to completion of any necessary investigations.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and pending bonus winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which agen54 holds its operating license. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms.
Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent that local laws apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
